With the deepening development of heavy oil resources, and greatly improve the heavy oil recovery, it’s necessary for people to improve the quality of steam injection wells better and efficiently.

2.Solution

Customers could choose superheated generator solution. Low cost softened water is used to produce high quality superheated steam, which has good economic benefits and social value. This patented product has reached the international advanced, and also been included in the key promotion projects by China’s Ministry of Science & Technology (Patent No. ZL 2016 2 1274474.6).

3.Main Features

² High steam quality: The dryness of superheated steam can reach 100%. In the long-term application, outlet steam dryness is 25%~30% higher than ordinary steam generator. It’s beneficial to guarantee the effect of steam drive and greatly enhance the heavy oil recovery efficiency;

² Safe and reliable: Safety control and alarm function are particularly designed for key devices like superheated section, steam separator and so on. Once the operation shows abnormal, steam generator could shut down automatically;

² Flexible operation:Two operating conditions could be converted stably base on oilfield requirements. Users can choose two different kinds of steam quality (saturated steam or superheated steam).

² Saving energy and costs: Less fuel consumption; High water utilization help reduce the operation costs of water treatment;

² Good economic benefits：Compared with low dryness steam, high dryness steam has higher enthalpy. Under same amount of steam injection, high dryness steam has more advantages. The dryness underground is higher. The heating radius is bigger. Oil-driving efficiency is better. Thus it helps improve overall recovery of heavy oil thermal recovery zone.
